Molly grew up in Knoxville and has been passionate about babies all of her life. In fact, she is confident that they are the breath of God on her soul. After attending Nursing school at the University of Tennessee, she worked in a busy pediatric practice before going to graduate school. Immediately upon graduation from grad school in 2004, Molly became part of Blackmon Pediatrics.
When the earthquake hit Haiti in 2010, Molly went with a team to serve medically. She quickly fell in love with a sick baby that didn't have a mommy. Molly knew in her heart that she could be the best second mommy she could ever hope for. Bella has been home with Molly for 5 years now.
Always with a grateful heart, Molly loves the people she works for and with. The relationships she has developed with the families is something she holds dear. Helping parents learn all about their babies and rejoicing with them when they excel is a huge highlight in her days.
